Tristian Turner is an attorney in the firm’s Criminal Defense Practice Group. After obtaining her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Central Florida, she attended Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. There, she was a member of the Criminal Defense Society and Barry Law Review. While in law school, she interned for the State Attorney’s Office in the Ninth Judicial District, gaining invaluable experience and deepening her passion for criminal law.
Ms. Turner began her legal career defending indigent clients on a variety of criminal charges including DUI, theft, criminal mischief, animal cruelty, violation of injunction, battery, domestic violence battery, trespass, felony drug possession, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and burglary. Her passion for criminal justice is what drove her to transition to private practice. During her career, she has successfully litigated over a dozen first chair jury trials.
Outside of her legal work, Ms. Turner stays involved in the community and is an active member of the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
