H. Clay Parker

H. Clay Parker is a civil litigation attorney with more than three decades of knowledge and experience in the areas of negotiated settlements, alternative dispute resolution and trial. His commitment to providing the highest level of client service and professionalism has earned Mr. Parker the respected AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest recognized peer rating available, reflecting high ethical standards and excellent legal skills.  

After obtaining his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, Mr. Parker went on to attend the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham Alabama, where he served as an editor for the Cumberland Law Review and published an article on evidence in trial. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Parker went into private practice, where he focused his expertise on business contract disputes, consumer protection, commercial real estate, liens and collections, insurance coverage, foreclosure defense, and predatory lending.

Mr. Parker has a strong commitment to the enrichment of his community through his volunteer work with the Orange County Guardian Ad Litem program and Accessible Alternatives Inc., where he serves on the Board of Directors.
